Supplier Registration Tips
Register With Our Preferred Partners
One of your first and most important steps as a Travel Advisor is registering with InteleTravel's Preferred Partners.
InteleTravel has access to close to 100 Preferred Partners, so we recommend starting with our recommended supplier list.
Please begin the registration process immediately. Some suppliers require advance processing time to grant access, ranging from a single day to several weeks.
Access to these supplier portals is essential for completing future client requests.
What Are Preferred Partners?
Preferred Partners are travel suppliers vetted and approved by InteleTravel who may offer:
- Higher commission rates
- Dedicated agent portals
- Agent rates and perks
- Professional tools for quoting and booking
Why Is Registering With Them So Important?
Registering with suppliers gives you access to the tools you will use to:
- Research travel quotes
- Explore supplier booking engines
- Create mock bookings
- Create trip proposals
- Complete future client bookings
Tips For Registering With InteleTravel's Preferred Partners
Start Early
Registration approvals can take anywhere from 1 day to several weeks depending on the supplier. Begin the registration process immediately to avoid delays in accessing supplier booking portals.
Have Your Credentials Ready
When a supplier asks for AGENCY INFORMATION, they are referring to InteleTravel's information, such as the agency name, address, telephone number and other agency credentials.
When a supplier asks for AGENT or ADVISOR INFORMATION, they are referring to YOU, the Travel Advisor. Provide your own name, address, telephone number, email address and other requested advisor information.

- Allianz Agent ID: Your InteleTravel PIN
Bedsonline
If Bedsonline is asking you for a Tax ID, you may be attempting to register as an Agency instead of an Agent. Go back and select Agent Registration.
Follow The InteleTravel Instructions
Always follow the supplier registration instructions provided through your InteleTravel Back Office. Registration requirements can vary by supplier.
Keep A List Of Your Logins
Save your supplier usernames and passwords in a secure location. You will need to access these supplier portals regularly.
Special Registration Instructions
Flex Pay (Formerly Uplift)
We recommend completing the required training before registering with this supplier.
Registration details will be provided during the training.
Please keep in mind that the email address used to register must be at least 3 months old. No exceptions.
Sky Bird
Sky Bird is NOT an InteleTravel Preferred Partner. Registration is completed directly through the vendor.
